SAMI 2nd shift welding participants start the day with an activity to foster teamwork, collaboration and communication.  This activity was facilitated by Instructor, Patrick Moise, to encourage positive work behaviors and to convey the importance of these skills in today’s workforce.  Work readiness is an important component of the SAMI training program and supports the sills training taking place in the labs with the goal to deliver skilled, reliable and productive workers to Rhode Island employers.
